Sherpa Edges Out the Competition to Win Best in Category
Pittsburgh, PA, May 15, 2009 –Sherpa Software, a leading e-discovery and archiving software company, today announced that Sherpa Software Mail Attender has won the Best of Tech·Ed 2009 award in the messaging category by Penton Media’s Windows IT Pro® and SQL Server Magazine®. While Sherpa Software was honored last year as a finalist in the 2008 Tech·Ed awards program, this is the first year the company has received this distinction.
The Best of Tech·Ed 2009 awards recognize companies with innovative products in the market that are helping IT professionals in their day-to-day jobs. Of the 170 products and services submitted for the contest, judges interviewed 35 finalists at the Tech·Ed 2009 IT Pro Conference in Los Angeles, Calif.
