Odd DWA Issue

I've got a really odd issue going on with my mail file when opening in a browser. Let me give a little history. I saw the same thing when we were on Domino 7.x. I opened an incident with IBM Support and it never really went anywhere and I pushed it aside because I knew our upgrade was coming. After the upgrade to Domino 8.0.1, I did the following:- Ran convert
- Ran a compact
The ODS is now 48
Thinking all of this would get my folders and structure to the new Domino 8 DWA format. However....
If I open my mail file and go to any folder other than the inbox, it looks like this.
Notice the old look, no documents in the folder and the 'Active X' warning. I've tried, several times to run thru the ActiveX install but with no luck. Every time I come back in, I get the same warning. I've tried this both in IE and Firefox. I used IE here as that is the same browser my Boss used.
If my boss logs in as himself or with my id, he sees this...
There are a few of us having this issue and others are having no issues at all.
I've tried logging in from a different pc at home and others at work and I get the same thing, yet again, my boss can log in with his ID or mine and it works fine.
Anyone, have any thoughts or has seen this before?
