In this blog, I've always tried to stay away from the marketing message but today feel that I should say a little more about us. When I look at the other companies that blog, they push their solutions and let you know what's going on and what they do. I want my readers to find this blog as a place they go to get information on all things Domino, Blackberry, etc. Not to think, well, it's just another marketing message like some blogs. And I hope you find the resource I provide useful.
With that said, I want to spend a few minutes talking about our great products. Please keep in mind, we don't just sell products, we provide solutions. Our support and maintenance is together in one bundle and we work with you to make each solution work for you. You won't find any hidden consulting fees or additional hardware to buy. When you work with our support teams, you are not getting some first level support tech reading out of a book. You are talking to people who have had hands on experience in every facet of the development process. These people have beat ideas around, they helped to get them in to the product based on customer feedback and they've been involved in the QA process. They know their products inside and out. When your issue gets escalated, you're dealing with the developers and the Product Manager and they are happy to work with you.
I'll start with Mail Attender. This product is a mature, 10 year old solution that gives Administrator a way to truly manage the email that exists in their Domino environments. We can analyze the data, delete it or archive it. No matter what you want to do with it, the product can handle it. But we also provide so many other features besides just email management.
- We provide ways to protect documents from editing and deleting by the end user while they are in a legal hold.
- We give you control right at the client on what kind of message can be sent from your end-users.
- We provide an Out of Office capability that goes above and way beyond the inherent Domino one.
- We provide ways to manage the local user address book or their preferences or properties in their mail files.
- And a whole lot more. Mail Attender is really a total email management solution.
Next is Discovery Attender and this product is great to help with those legal issues that unfortunately so many find themselves needing help with. What's nice about this product is that the Admin can set it up and then provide the legal people with a link to the search form and then can submit the searches when they need them. This tool can search an Notes database (.nsf) along with non-nsf files on servers and locally on user pc's as well. The results can be placed into many formats and worked with by users in a non-Domino environment.
The last product that I want to talk about is the soon to be released is Compliance Attender. This is Real-Time monitoring of your messages as they are being sent. These will monitoring not only inbound and outbound message but also between your Notes users. As the time gets closer, I will blog more about this feature set.
