Balaji Srinivasan (Bal) is one of the members of the Exchange development staff where his primary role is design and development of Sherpa's Exchange product offerings. And as one of the four proud iPhone users at Sherpa, Bal is a constant nag to our Lotus Notes administrator, trying to get more support for the iPhone.
Before Sherpa Software, Bal developed custom software for over 8 years, working for the consulting company that spawned Sherpa. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Grove City College and a Masters in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University.

Denny Russell is a Technical Support Specialist for the Domino products at Sherpa Software. Besides being a contributor to this blog, he is also an Administrator for the Lotus Notes/Domino environment (including Sametime, Quickr and Blackberry Enterprise Server for Notes) at Sherpa and webmaster for the site.
Prior to Sherpa Software, Denny worked as a Technical Trainer teaching everything from basic end-user courses to Domino Administration and Development Courses. His certifications include being a Certified Domino Administrator, Certified Domino Developer and Certified Domino Instructor since 1998 and holds a Teaching degree in Business Education from Indiana University of Pa.

Grant Lindsay is the Product Manager for Compliance Attender at Sherpa Software. Prior to joining Sherpa, he applied his IT skills across various industries and company sizes, both as an employee and a consultant. Grant has more than twelve years of experience developing complex Lotus Notes and Domino applications. When not cranking out the code, Grant enjoys travel, reading, writing, and photography.

Korry Clark is a Technical Support Specialist for the entire Exchange products from Sherpa software suite. Besides support of products he also shares responsibility for Sherpa's network infrastructure including, Corporate security, network upkeep, server hardware and software. He also participates in the QA process of all future releases of products.
Before Sherpa, Korry has held numerous IT positions with over 9 years IT experience including working at formerly FORE Systems in Cranberry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource with a minor in MIS from Penn State.
