With every product purchase, you have the option for an annual support/maintenance contract. It is within these contracts that you can choose a support level to fit your need or budget. Annual support/maintenance plans include new product releases/upgrades, access to our secure customer site and technical software support via telephone or email.

Because we understand that every client has different needs, we offer flexible support options.

Gold Annual Support/Maintenance

Monday through Friday* (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST)

Platinum Annual Support/Maintenance

Personalized support via telephone or email
7 days a week, 24 hours a day

*This service excludes all U.S. federal holidays

In addition to our support services, we offer a variety of self-help resources such as installation guides, white papers, evaluation versions, online training sessions and product presentations to help our customers utilize our products more effectively.
