Show Us Your Sherpa Gear Official Contest Rules
- 1. How to Enter: Entrants must submit a photo by email to contest@sherpasoftware.com of someone wearing an official Sherpa Software t-shirt, beanie, hat or other wearable merchandise. Acceptable file formats include .jpg, .gif, .png, or .tif. Entries can be viewed on Sherpa Software's official Domino and Exchange blogs.
- 2. The Draw Process: 1 monthly winner will be chosen by Sherpa Software and receive a $100 Amazon.com gift card. Out of the 12 monthly winners, Sherpa Software will choose 4 finalists to be eligible for the $1,000 Liberty Travel grand prize. Grand prize winner will be chosen by vote on Sherpa Software's official Domino and Exchange blogs. Prizes will be awarded and announced every month beginning November 2008-November 2009. Grand prize winner will be announced no later than December 24, 2009.
- 3. Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a $1,000 Liberty Travel gift card (or cash equivalent) valid for domestic or international travel at any Liberty Travel location in the United States or Canada.
- 4. Privacy: Sherpa Software will not publish any contact information of any participants during the time of this contest. Any names, email addresses, company information will be kept strictly confidential.
- 5. Right of Refusal: Sherpa Software reserves the right to refuse to publish any photos it receives that are deemed inappropriate.
- 6. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest. Also, any entries can be mailed to: Sherpa Software c/o Show Off Your Sherpa Gear, 456 Washington Ave, Suite 2, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
